Extensive Experience

I have been tutoring for more than 10 years in a wide range of subjects. I served as a teaching assistant for multiple chemical engineering courses and tutored high school students in many different math and science classes, so I have proven competence working with students from a wide variety of backgrounds and skill levels.

Proven Success

I have helped many students improve their academic performance by multiple letter grades and increase their confidence with the class material. I also have a proven track record of helping students improve their PSAT, SAT and ACT test scores by focusing on content and on test-taking strategies to help students maximize points earned.

Personal Touch

I really enjoy tutoring - it is absolutely more of a hobby than a business for me - so I actively seek to connect with my students and learn about their lives. I become invested in their successes, both academic and personal, and do my best to help them look forward to, not dread, every tutoring session.
